The government puts the Jeffersonian Lab on lockdown and demands their help in a highly classified case. Their goal is determine the cause of death, but as the investigation gets deeper, the team suspects that they are actually studying the most famous presidential assassination in American history. Booth is suspicious and asks his boss Andrew Hacker to help him break into the lab and discover the motive for the investigation. At the same time, Cam worries about her adopted daughter Michelle, and thinks that she is hiding a big secret from her.
